Skill
1. Group Summon: Alliance skill has been added.
- Allows you to summon all Alliance members in the same region.
- Group Summon: Alliance skill can not be used in a Party or League.
- Depending on the alliance conditions, summoning might not be possible.
2. Summon Group Member and Party Summoning items can now be used while in an Alliance or League.
